Licensing and Compliance

Know what an inspector would find, before the inspector does.

Compliance

What it does

  • Immunizations checked dose by dose against your state's schedule
  • Staff training hours, CPR cards and background checks tracked to expiry
  • One office to-do page lists every gap
  • An inspection-ready licensing folder, always current

7 screens in about 30 seconds. No sound needed.

Why it matters

Licensing standards are long, they differ by state, and they apply to every child and every employee, all the time. Most centers manage them with binders, spreadsheets and one person's memory.

Centerly holds the rules for your state and checks every file against them each night. What comes out is one list: what is missing, for whom, and how urgent it is.

How it works

In practice

Your state, built in

A rule pack for your state sets the immunization schedule for child care, staff training hours, ratios, renewal periods and required forms.

One to-do list

Every gap across child and staff files appears on one page, grouped by urgency, each with a one-line reason and a next step.

Reminders that send themselves

Employees and parents are reminded ahead of an expiry or a due date, and again if nothing happens.

Questions

About Licensing and Compliance

How are immunizations checked?

Dose by dose, against the schedule your state requires for child care, using the child's date of birth. A dose given too early is flagged as not valid, and the next due date is worked out.

Do training hours need a certificate?

Yes. An hour of training counts toward the annual requirement only when its certificate is attached, which is what an inspector will ask for.

Are ratios tracked?

Yes. Room counts from the kiosk and classroom tablets are shown against the ratio in your state's rules, with a warning when a room is close to its limit.

What about exemptions?

Medical and other exemptions recognized by your state are recorded on the child's file with their supporting document.
