A written quote for your center, not a guess from a web page
We do not publish a price list, because the right price depends on how big your center is and which parts you use. Here is exactly what goes into your quote.
The platform
The software your office, teachers and parents use every day: records, attendance, billing, the Family Journal, enrollment, compliance and staff onboarding.
Payments
Processing for bank drafts and cards. Your quote states the rates in writing, including what happens on a returned payment.
Optional growth tools
The website chat agent, enrollment CRM and managed advertising are priced by use, so you pay for them when they are working for you.
What you can count on
- Everything in writing. The monthly fee, any usage-based fees and the payment processing rates are all on the quote before you decide.
- Pay for what is live. If you go live in stages, you are charged for each part from the day it goes live, not before.
- No new hardware. Centerly runs on the computers and tablets you already own.
- A person, not a pricing calculator. You talk to someone who has run a center's office.
What we will ask you
- How many children are enrolled, and how many locations you have
- Which parts you want first
- Roughly how much tuition you collect by bank draft and by card each month
- What you use today, so we can plan the switch
Comparing quotes
When you compare us with anyone else, put the same questions to both: the term and renewal on the order form, whether the price can change during the term, the processing rates and every fee attached to payments, and whether onboarding and data conversion are extra.
